CHURCH FROM THE COUCH THIS SUNDAY

Hi Forefront Family,

The Roulette has informed us that they'll be postponing all events for the next few weeks. For that reason we'll be having church from the couch!

While we're no longer having service at the Roulette, we will have an absolutely amazing livestream service that you can watch from your couch or bed, with a cup of coffee in hand.

So here's the deal. You'll be able to participate in our worship services via livestream from your couch on both March 15th and March 22nd. We're currently in communication with the Roulette and will let you know if we will hold our regularly scheduled services back at Roulette for March 29th and beyond.

Tune into Facebook at 10 AM this coming Sunday, March 15th AND next Sunday, March 22nd. If you can't watch the livestream at 10 AM, you have the ability to watch our service on demand at any time.  You can click on this link in order to watch us live. We've already begun to financially invest in improving the quality of our live-stream, so you'll notice a difference this Sunday!

We're diligently working to create a virtual community at Forefront. One of the best ways to make that happen is to join our Forefront Brooklyn Facebook Group. You can do so by clicking right here.In addition, we've given small group leaders instructions for how to connect virtually.

Like I said previously, we have an amazing opportunity to provide for our community. Many in our community are anxious during this time. Some of you are in need of supplies, prayer, financial assistance, or whatever else this unique experience brings to our consciousness. Know that Forefront is working to assist each of you to make sure that your needs are met, especially for our older and immunocompromised siblings. If you're in need of any kind of assistance at all, you can click here. Our staff will receive your request and do our best to meet your need.

Perhaps at this time you're able to offer your services (e.g. childcare, therapy) for a fee or you're able to volunteer your time for our community (e.g. run errands). Thank you so much for your offer: fill out this form and we'll do our best to connect you with someone who needs support.

In order for us to build this incredibly important virtual community, we need your generous financial support. Your giving allows us to literally build a virtual Forefront community from scratch. Your giving allows us to meet the needs of so many in our community who are feeling the economic and physical anxiety that this virus brings. We ask that at this time more than ever, you'd give to Forefront.

You can give right here and right now on our Forefront website.Or you can venmo us at @FFBK-Gifts (phone code is 2579).

There is a lot we don't know. But we do know that for right now, the earth continues to spin and Forefront's purpose on this earth does not change. We are to be a Just and Generous Expression of the Christian Faith. We'll continue to usher in a new kind of Christianity that is good news to all. We'll take active steps to live out our calling and purpose in the midst of this unique time. We'll continue to be the hands and feet of God, bringing peace to this kingdom and providing hope when it's needed most. We'll continue to seek out practical ways that our church can support and assist all of God's people in this difficult time.

That I can promise you.

And so with that being said, I look forward to worshipping with you all via livestream this Sunday at 10 AM or on demand. I pray that you continue to take part in our vision to usher in the next 500 years all while sitting on your couch!

Thank you! I'll see you virtually this Sunday at 10 AM!
